COVID-19 – UPDATED INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY ON CAMP MØNS KLINT
The 8th of juli 2020.
The Danish health ministry sends out new information every day about the corona virus (covid-19). Since the 11th of march, when WHO (World Health Organization) declared the covid-19 as a global pandemic, we have been very worried about the camping season 2020, as well as many of you have. In Denmark we were allowed to make smaller openings on the 6th of April and then again on the 10th of May, where restaurants, shops etc. could open up again. From the 8th of July it is now allowed to make events and activities for a maximum of 100 persons as well.
How we on Camp Møns Klint handle Crowd and cleaning control
We have always been very conscious about cleaning and keeping our service buildings and the campground nice and clean. We will proceed this approach and we have even implemented much more cleaning on the daily schedule. We will of course follow all the rules regarding cleaning and make sure there are visible signs with the allowed number of persons in the buildings, pool etc., and we have established new outdoor places for washing hands and sanitizing. In the main building there is a one-way entrance and exit. We encourage all of our visitors that have their own showers and toilets to use these. Due to the corona virus there are a maximum number of persons allowed in the buildings and playground.
There will be ongoing updates from the Danish health ministry so please keep yourself updated on https://www.sst.dk/en/English/Corona-eng and pay attention to the Danish news, where you can find the newest updates. If you have any questions, please call us on +45 5581 2025 and we will be happy to help you.
Take care of yourself and each other.
